All braille music scores provided on my website are transcribed by me, Hu Haipeng, or transcribed for me by a volunteer, or authorized to me to publish. They are only for blind musicians to download, read and study for free. The copyright of the original works are held by the original composers and publishers. Some sources for my braille transcription were kindly provided by living composers and publishers, and these sources are copyrighted by the original holders, securely kept by me from any possible leakage and infringement. This project site will never publish (as a whole or in part) any visual music scores and notation files (except my own compositions), as well as any braille music publications published by any other organizations unless being authorized to me to publish. Any kind of commercial use of braille music scores on this site is prohibited.
The publication of braille music scores on this site is permited and protected by the COPYRIGHT LAW Of PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA., as stated in Article 22:
"Article 22 In the following cases， a work may be used without permission from， and without payment of remuneration to， the copyright owner， provided that the name of the author and the title of the work shall be indicated and the other rights enjoyed by the copyright owner by virtue of this Law shall not be prejudiced：
